MIRRA – WIT’s Trainees Case Studies

As part of “Advancing water innovative technologies- WIT” project training, each trainee is given a case study. In the case studies, the trainees will apply what they have learnt through the whole journey in irrigation system design program . To do their case studies, the trainees visited two farms. The first farm is locàted in Azraq and planted with olives and pomengranates. The second farm is located in Mafraq and planted with olives. To do proper irrigation system design, the trainees measured water salinity and pH. Moreover, they took soil samples to do texture, and salinity tests.
