MIRRA – MIRRA, in cooperation with UNICEF, arranged an event at Samir Al-Refai School in Amman.

A field visit by the staff of UNICEF Jordan and the director of education management from the Ministry of Education took place at Samir Al-Refai Elementary School for boys (Luwaibdeh-Amman) on August 31, 2020.  The field visit comprised a School reopening speech by the country representative of UNICEF Jordan (Ms. Tanya Chapuisat), the director of education management from MOE (Mr. Sami Al-Mahasees), and the School’s headmaster (Mr. Ashraf Al-Natsheh). After that, the attendees had a tour in WASH facilities, followed by providing the School with Handing soapboxes in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
