MIRRA – Workshop 2

MIRRA was honored by the invitation of the Ministry of Environment to attend a workshop titled (“The New Environment Law” and applications to the Law of Associations No. 51 of 2008 and its amendments)

The following topics were discussed:

·             The new Environmental Protection Law

·             The waste Management Law

·             Environmental violations

·             Issuing environmental licenses and enforcement mechanisms for environmental regulations and laws.

·             Preserving the elements and components of the environment and biodiversity and minimizing the negative effects resulting from the exercise of various activities

• ·       Problems of organic manure and oils and their damage to the environment due to non-compliance with the necessary standards.
